• Residence treated every three months

• Interior of residence treated to include windows/entries, kitchen/bathrooms, attic/garage
• Exterior of residence treated to include perimeter of residence, any flowerbed, trees deemed treatable
• Includes carpenter ants

TERMITE SERVICE

Retreatment Agreement includes:

• Complete subterranean termite treatment
• Treat and install bath trap covers
• Dust attic with timbor
• Monitoring stations with periodic checks

Preconstruction Treatment includes:

• Chemical treatment of soil prior to concrete slab being poured
• Chemical application in accordance to state label laws
• Boric treatment to frame of structure available upon request

W.D.O. INSPECTIONS

• SF1145 Inspection for sale or refinance completed and submitted to requesting person/agency
• Pictures available of needed repairs
• Diagrams of residence
• Ability to perform any needed subterranean termite work at reduced cost
